01. HR interview for cultural fit

  • Discuss your professional background and areas of expertise.
  • Jointly assess your ability to work autonomously and your collaborative mindset.

02. Operational interview for technical validation

  • Introduce the team and its field of expertise.
  • Present how the team operates: service offerings, ongoing projects, ways of working.
  • Assess your theoretical knowledge and technical skills.

03. Partner interview to support your onboarding

  • Meet with WeValue partners.
  • Share feedback and debrief your recruitment journey.
  • Confirm cultural alignment and assess your collaborative mindset together.

What is WeValue’s compensation policy?

At WeValue, we firmly believe that the collective is a source of strength, and that a for-profit company can work toward a fairer redistribution of profits to those who directly create value: our consultants.

Our compensation policy promotes pay equity for an equivalent level of value creation. Reviews are held twice a year to ensure this fairness.
